Trauma-Informed Yoga For All
Julie Johnson offers a trauma sensitive yoga classes in and around St. Louis (please see below for upcoming offerings) using a nervous system informed approach. Her yoga classes are embodied Hatha based classes on the latest neuroscience, how the nervous system informs human behavior, and how we can use the wisdom of our bodies to harness our innate ability to heal, thrive, and tap into to a sense of compassion for ourselves and others.
As a yoga teacher, she believes we are all innately wholehearted and shame resilient. Sometimes, we just need to create space on our mat and in the world to remind ourselves of who we already are.
